La Pavoni Europiccola 2004 Espresso Machine Coffee Sensor Upgraded

It was a fun restoration project. I’ve used it for almost a year and now I’m letting it go to fund the next project.

Modifications include:

– All seals replaced with new silicone.

– Pressure profiling gauge and reinforced lever.

– Bong Isolator to prevent grouphead overheating.

– Grouphead thermometer.

– New steel sleeve and piston to replace old teflon composite parts.

– New brass boiler ring to replace old plastic ring.

– Extra long, single hole steam tip.

– Steel Sightglass cover.

– Bottomless portafilter.

– Steel drip grate.

– New La Pavoni badge

– Tamp and extra baskets included.

Disclamer:

– Thermometer is secured, but could become crooked or jiggle off during shipping. It shouldn’t be a big issue, as you can easily wiggle it back on.
