The Leica D-Lux 8 is a compact digital camera with a maximum resolution of 17.0 MP and a maximum aperture f/1.7, allowing for high-quality images in various lighting conditions. This camera also features a 2.36M dot OLED viewfinder, 1.84M dot rear touchscreen, 24-75mm zoom, Connectivity options include USB-C and Micro-HDMI and Bluetooth. Additionally, it offers 4K video recording, built-in Wi-Fi, touch screen controls, image stabilization, and diopter adjustment, making it a portable and powerful camera. The menu design has greatly simplified access to options, including 4 customizable saved settings, as well as an external switch to change the aspect ratio (3:2, 16:9, 1:1, and 4:3).

Using the Leica FOTOS App, you can instantly transfer your images to your phone.

The camera was purchased back in December 2024 and little used since then. I’e taken only about 70 photos since the purchase.
